All purchases from Brewed Tallow Co. are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Due to the nature of our handcrafted personal care products, we are unable to accept returned items for health and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@brewedtallow.co with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will make it right — either by replacing the affected item or issuing a refund at our discretion.
Pickup orders may be cancelled before they are marked as ready for pickup. Once an order is ready, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping orders may be cancelled before the label is printed. Once a shipping label has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled.
All online payments are processed securely through Stripe. If a refund is issued, it will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
